Course Attendance
hgvCPC.com will only notify the DVSA of a delegate having attended an international driver CPC course if that delegate is present throughout the entire duration of said course, mandated in law as being 7 hours of training (plus breaks, of at least 1 hour), timed from when the course trainer declares the course to have started, which will only be when all delegates, who arrived no later than the published official start time, are satisfactorily identified and recorded as being present.
hgvCPC.com reserves the right to refuse entry, or immediately remove from a course, without refund or future course credit, any delegate :
- who cannot provide satisfactory valid identification
- who arrives after the course start time
- who fails to remain in attendance throughout the entire legally mandated length of the course
- who is in any way obstructive, or causes disruption, to the running of the course
- who in any way causes offence, or distress, to any other delegate or the course trainer
