Collected Personal Data
Personal data collected, for delegates booking and / or attending our courses, includes (but is not limited to) :
- Delegate name(s) - first, middle and last
- DVLA or DVA driver number / driving licence number, vocational category driving entitlement(s) held and validity dates
- DVLA or DVA driving licence photographic image or scan, front and reverse
- Contact details including home address, email address and telephone number
In the case of a corporate client the company's name and address are not classed as personal data, however the name / email address / phone number of our point of contact within the business is classed as personal data
Purpose of collecting data
Data is collected in the first instance for the purpose of communicating information regarding our courses to you
That data is then further used, if and when you attend one of our courses, to notify the DVSA (Driver & Vehicle Standards Agency) of your attendance on a course, for the purpose of accrediting you with Driver CPC hours
Unless compelled to do so by law, we do not reveal or share your personal data with any third party other than the DVSA
